The participation form (RTF

will be sent to the organizers (by mail, fax or
e-mail) until February 15th 2010.

Each participant can present, as first author, 2 papers at the most.
The papers “in extenso”, drawn up in Romanian, will be sent until
March 8th 2010.
The authors will receive the confirmation for the publication of papers and
eventual observations until
March 31st 2010.
The papers accepted for publication will be drawn up in an international
language and will be sent to
the organizers until
April 18th 2010.

The publication will be made in the bulletin
“Scientific papers U.A.S.V.M. Iaşi, Horticulture series”, vol. 53/2010.
The CD with the papers published will be sent by mail, to the first author.

Participation fee:
-100 RON for the participants from Romania;
- 50 € for the foreign participants.
The participation fee covers the following expenses:
the file with the symposium program ,
the CD with the papers’ abstracts,
the CD with “in extenso” papers (that will be
afterwards sent by mail),
the festive lunch.
